DFRVFG FUNDAMENTALS EXPLAINED

If it is the wrong way up over the lessen side in the dial like the vast majority of clock and never usual (IV/IIII,V, VI etc) engraved in the dial. Will any person enlighten me about it? I obtained a clock in which I find the orientation will not be the wrong way up within the dial and when that's not the right oriention I will return it.Identical
